Hi, I’m Jonny, owner of Compact Fitness in South West London.
Since qualifying from Loughborough University I have been training individuals and groups across South London though Circuits classes, Target Fit classes and Personal & Small Group Training.
My background is in sport specific fitness training for Rugby, Sprint Training, Cycling and for Challenge events such as Tough Mudder and Survival of the Fittest. However throughout the years my clients have had extremely diverse goals which we always have fun setting and then surpassing!
Workouts tend to be short and sharp but with an emphasis on technique and safety. 45 minutes is the ideal workout time to put in maximum effort whilst both learning and developing throughout the session.
I run the Personal or Group Training sessions outdoors or, if you prefer, in the comfort of your home. You can still improve fitness levels in a room the size of most living rooms so no worries there! Ideally though we are out in the fresh air and beautiful parks and trails of South West London.
