What is Personal Training?


Personal Training is exactly that, Personal. Everyone is unique and this means your training will be too!

With 45 minute sessions, either outside in the fresh air or in your home, we will work together to help you achieve all the goals that we agree in our first consultation.

Concentrating on bodyweight based exercises (hardly any equipment neccessary), your training will be varied, fun and effective, as will your homework!
